01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WarBots Arena (the "Game"), developed and operated by Emrah Sayin ("I", "me", "my"), an independent game developer. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the Game.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 12 years of age to use WarBots Arena. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Game with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
03 User Accounts
To access certain features of the Game, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and not share or transfer your account to another person.
- Notify me immediately at sayinemrah@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account at any time through the in-app Settings → Delete Account menu. I reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
04 License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Game.
- Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Game.
05 Virtual Items & In-App Purchases
WarBots Arena may offer virtual items, cosmetics, or in-game currency ("Virtual Items") for purchase. The following terms apply:
- All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
- Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or transferred outside the Game.
- I reserve the right to modify, remove, or rebalance virtual items at any time without liability.
- Purchases made by minors require parental or guardian consent.
06 Online Multiplayer
WarBots Arena is an online multiplayer game. By playing, you acknowledge that:
- An active internet connection is required to play.
- I do not guarantee uninterrupted service, server availability, or connection stability at all times.
- You may encounter other players whose behaviour I cannot fully control.
- Match results are determined by the game servers and are final.
- Server maintenance may occasionally interrupt gameplay; I will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.
07 Acceptable Use
When using WarBots Arena, you agree not to:
- Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploit bugs or glitches instead of reporting them — report issues to sayinemrah@gmail.com.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or bully other players through any in-game communication feature.
- Impersonate the developer, moderators, or other players.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to game servers, infrastructure, or other players' accounts.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Game or its servers.
- Use the Game in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without notice or refund.
08 Intellectual Property
All content within the Game — including but not limited to characters (droids), graphics, animations, audio, game mechanics, code, and the WarBots Arena name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of Emrah Sayin and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Game content without prior written permission.
If you submit any feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant me a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
09 Privacy
Your use of the Game is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how your data is handled.
10 Updates & Changes to the Game
I may update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any features thereof) at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be required to continue playing. I am not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Game.
11 Disclaimer of Warranties
WarBots Arena is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free access. I do not warrant that the Game will be compatible with all devices or that defects will always be corrected.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emrah Sayin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game, including loss of data, virtual items, game progress, or revenue.
Total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Game shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13 Termination
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the Game immediately ceases. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.
14 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the developer's jurisdiction of residence.
